a scientific project to eliminate the root
cause of terror through a peaceful
scientifically proven technology and create prosperity, affluence
and peace in Israel and the whole Middle East. |
Honorable Mr. Prime Minister
The 7000 for Israel organization would like to request from the
government the implementation of a special scientific project that will
immediately eradicate terrorism from its root -
once and for all - and reduce by tens of percents negative phenomena such
as: accidents, crime, drugs abuse, illness, unemployment, strikes,
disputes between various sections in society and violence of every kind.
In addition, the project is forecasted to bring unprecedented economic
prosperity, eradication of poverty, unity and harmony in the nation and
long-lasting peace in the whole Middle East. (For details please

Scientifically validated efficiency: the project is based upon the
Maharishi's
Invincibility Defense Technology, including the
Transcendental Meditation Technique and
Yogic Flying. The
efficiency of these techniques in calming centers of violence, reducing
stress and anxiety, developing the human potential, creating social
coherence and preventing the problems mentioned herewith has been proven
over the last 30 years in more than
600 scientific research
studies conducted at more than 200 universities and research institutions
in 30 countries. These researches have been published in the most
prestigious scientific journals in the
world and are accepted by the scientific community.
During the project we shall form a gradually growing group (at least
7000) of experts that will practice these techniques, as a group, in one
place. The results of more than
50 researches indicate
that this group will be able stop the terror almost overnight, neutralize
stress and strain in the whole country, decrease the problems mentioned
herewith and create enough coherence and orderliness to assure
long-lasting peace, based upon prosperity, affluence
and true friendship in the whole of the
Middle-East.
The government stands to gain without investing: to carry out the
project the government is not required to invest or risk anything. On the
contrary, during the course of the project, a growing decrease in
government's expenditure due to the negative phenomena mentioned above is
expected. Previous studies have shown that we
can expect the project to prevent damages and problems before they arise,
and thus decrease government's expenditure by tens of billions of NIS per
year.
Government's commitment: The initial financing will be through
investing corporations or by private investors. The government's
contribution will be required only when the project succeeds with success
measured in terms of savings to the government. The amount of savings to
government's expenditure produced by the project will be determined by
groups of distinguished scientists headed by a Supreme Court Judge, the
President of the National Academy of Sciences and the Government
Statistician. Only after these experts determine the resulting cost saving
to the National Economy created by the Project will the government be
requested to participate in the financing of the Project with part of
these savings.
Our responsibility: "7000 for Israel"
will be responsible for the management of the project, including: signing
the contract with the government, recruiting the investors, signing the
contract with the owner of the knowledge -
Maharishi's University of Management in Holland etc.
Honorable Mr. Prime Minister, it is your duty as prime minister to
search and investigate any solution, even if it is non-conventional. We
have realized, again and again, that the old methods are far from being a
total solution and they often create undesirable side effects. Therefore,
for the sake of Israel and all its citizens, it is your responsibility as
Prime Minister to make a serious scientific and financial examination of
our proposal.

Honorable Mr. Prime Minister
We, the undersigned, appeal to you to consent to the
proposal of the "7000 for Israel" organization to establish at once the scientific
project to immediately eradicate terror by creating a group of 7000
experts in Yogic Flying. All systems and technologies that Israel has used
so far have not solved terror and did not bring peace. Therefore it is
crucial to test, give a chance, also to new methods, especially those
whose efficiency has been validated scientifically.
